Our History
Since 1982, Executive Property Management (EPM) has been providing professional management services to our clients. In 1994, EPM was recognized as an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC), by Community Associations Institute. Our success has been accomplished through the dedication of our many long-term employees who have varied expertise in administration, finance, construction and community management.

In order to deliver quality service to our many community associations, we have developed teams of highly skilled individuals with specialized knowledge in community governance, customer service, accounting, finance, and legal collections. These individuals work together to effectively provide all the professional services your community may need.
Location
Executive Property Management is strategically located in North Brunswick, New Jersey. This central New Jersey location makes us extremely accessible to our clients who are primarily concentrated in the Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean and Somerset counties.
Training
Our community managers are involved with continuing professional training and education programs to keep them abreast of the constantly growing wealth of information necessary to serve you. Many of our associates have received specialized in-depth training and testing to earn their Association Management Specialist (AMS) or Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations, and in some cases, completed extensive case-study work to earn their Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, the highest designation in the industry.
