I recently had a roof leak. Contacted Michelle Levengood at EPM who quickly took charge of the situation by arranging for an inspection and a temporary patch. The patch was installed within two days of my contacting EPM. Michelle contacted the roofing contractor to fast track the repair estimate to the Baron’s Board for approval. Michelle kept me informed through the entire process, always punctual in responding to my concerns. The repair was completed within three days of the submittal. I wish to thank EPM management and Michelle Levengood for their fast response.

I have lived in Ravens Crest East for more than 20 years, and I helped select Executive Property Management as our management company more than 15 years ago after a previous management company nearly bankrupted us. Under their guidance and assistance with daily operations, our Association has been able to build up our reserves, renovate our property, and create a wonderful place to live. When we hired EPM, I was especially impressed by EPM’s president, Len Barber, who is a CPA and has never steered us wrong financially or otherwise. After horrible experiences with several other management companies, I am thankful every day that we have now been an EPM client for 8 years. I would not hesitate recommending EPM to any association. Our prior EPM property manager, Celeste, was fabulous. We have now been working with Dean for the past couple of years and he is even better. Dean is very proactive and professional. He has saved our association thousands and thousands of dollars by researching and finding us better vendors at a lower cost. He personally checks each vendors work and holds back payments until we are completely satisfied. He has an incredible work ethic. Even when we had contracted EPM for a limited number of hours, that did not hold him back from putting in many more hours for our association. He’s on top of everything and keeps us well informed multiple times a day. He also quickly and professionally responds to our residents’ questions and complaints which they greatly appreciate. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dean and EPM overall. They certainly deserve a 5-star rating.

As a trustee of Marlboro Greens for 3 years now I have had to do nothing but learn the ins and outs of how the relationship between our community and EPM our Mgmt. Company works. I have nothing but good things to say about Bonnie our personal manager and the EPM mgmt. team as a whole. They have been there to support me when there are any financial issues that are unclear to me as I am one of the trustees that approve the bills in Strongroom, and even to the point of helping me set up proper logins. My experience has been that there is no topic too small to receive a prompt clear unbiased response which enables me to respond to various community issues. My final thought is that Len and the EPM team have always been respectful and courteous when responding to a variety of difficult situations that we have presented to them for advisement.
