SUSAN FRYD – OFFICE MANAGER

Susan Fryd joined EPM in 1988. She obtained her Associates degree at Kingsborough Community College.  She is responsible for directing all administrative services provided by EPM.  Mrs. Fryd plays a key role in the collection process through close monitoring of delinquent accounts, and by leading the timely follow-up and interaction with the associations’ attorneys..  Mrs. Fryd has extensive and varied office management and accounting responsibilities with various retail and customer service organizations.
