Anita Madden is a graduate from the University of Scranton with a BS degree in accounting. She joined the E.P.M. team in August 1987. Anita has been instrumental in establishing key internal control processes for EPM and its clients and ensuring compliance with same. She is highly skilled in computer software applications, and played a major role in the research and implementation of our Jenark financial software package which EPM utilizes to seamlessly track Association & Homeowner finances, vendor relations, work orders and many other facets of a community’s life. Mrs. Madden previously served in various financial management positions for a large retail organization.
