Executive Property Management prohibits the use of its domains, including epmwebsite.com and epmweb.net, email accounts, networks, or systems to send unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited commercial email, phishing, malware, or other abusive messages.
Permitted email
Company email may be used only for legitimate business communications, including messages to clients, residents, property owners, vendors, service providers, business partners, and people who have requested or consented to receive the communication. Transactional and service-related notices must relate directly to an existing business or property-management relationship.
Prohibited practices
Employees, contractors, vendors, and other authorized users may not:
- Send unsolicited bulk or commercial email.
- Use purchased, rented, harvested, or otherwise improperly obtained address lists.
- Use misleading sender identities, reply addresses, subject lines, or message content.
- Send phishing messages, malware, credential-harvesting links, or deceptive content.
- Continue sending optional marketing messages after a recipient has opted out.
Mailing-list requirements
Any permitted mailing list must have a documented business purpose and an appropriate permission basis. Messages must identify the sender accurately and provide a practical way to stop optional marketing messages. Opt-out requests must be honored promptly.
Complaints and enforcement
Suspected abuse involving epmwebsite.com or epmweb.net may be reported to [email protected]. Please include the complete message headers and message body when possible.
Executive Property Management investigates credible complaints promptly. Accounts, devices, applications, connectors, vendors, or other senders associated with abuse may be suspended or blocked while an investigation is completed. Confirmed violations may result in loss of access and other corrective action.
