Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Dean Barber joined Executive Property Management (EPM) from the investment banking and finance industry.  During his fifteen (15) year tenure he worked for some of the largest investment banks on both sides of the capital structure.  Initially, as a credit analyst and then working as an equity analyst covering the commodities industry where he was promoted to Managing Director in a short period of time.  During this time, Dean spent many years analyzing and forecasting (via financial models) major public companies to help clients make sound investment decisions based on in depth fundamental analysis.  His success for clients, eventually led to a major investment firm to recruit him to work for them out of Chicago.  The skills learned during these years, as well as his time working for one of the “big eight” accounting firms coming out of school makes him a valuable asset to the future of EPM and its clients. 

He is a welcome addition to the senior management team and will ensure the continuity of the legacy and philosophy of EPM, established by its founders.  He will continue the hands on approach with EPM’s clients, but will also be focused on the future development of the company and work to provide added opportunities for innovation and enhancements. 

Dean Barber graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
