LEONARD BARBER

CPA, PCAM, CMCA – PRESIDENT AND CEO

Mr. Leonard Barber, a Certified Public Accountant, is founder of E.P.M.  His experience and background in public accounting and the retail industry, has provided him with a keen awareness of the needs to effectively interact with and respond to customer needs.  He has provided E.P.M. and its clients with a unique dimension of financial and computerized services and plays an active, hands-on role in the day-to-day operations of the company.

Besides attending ongoing continuing professional education courses required by the accounting profession, Mr. Barber, also participates in many programs offered by Community Associations Institute (C.A.I.), both as a presenter and attendee at many of their training seminars.  He has received his PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designation having successfully completed the intensive courses and case study required for this designation.

Mr. Barber is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
